More about Toyota Land Cruiser Auxiliary & Long-Range Tanks
The range goes from the BJ40 to the Land Cruiser 300 and Prado 250. You will also find N4-Offroad aluminium tank guards here.
A replacement tank swaps the factory tank for a larger one, on the HDJ80 for example 145 L with manual gearbox or 140 L with automatic. An auxiliary tank is added to the factory tank, such as 70 L on the Land Cruiser 200 or 130 L from N4-Offroad for the KDJ120 and KDJ150 with underfloor spare wheel. For the 100, 105 and 200 Long Ranger also offers combination tanks with a diesel and a water compartment, and for the 300 there is a 60 L stainless steel water tank.
Check carefully before you buy: chassis code, fuel (diesel or petrol), gearbox, body (wagon, Troopy, pick-up with single or double cab) and on the 200 the exhaust, as there are separate tanks for the twin exhaust version. All of this is in the product title. A larger tank changes the weight and specification of your vehicle. Check with TÜV or DEKRA before you buy whether it has to be approved; this is not legal advice.
