What ARB offers
ARB is an Australian manufacturer of accessories for off-road vehicles and pickups. Most parts are designed for a specific model, such as bull bars, hardtops or skid plates. Others fit many vehicles, such as coolers and compressors. ARB also includes the suspension brand Old Man Emu, which we offer in its own collection.

Does the part fit my car?
For vehicle-specific parts, the model series determines fitment, not just the year of manufacture. Check the product title and the "Fits" line for the model series, cab, and engine. For bull bars, the equipment also matters: ARB builds its own variants for some vehicles depending on whether parking sensors or cameras are installed. If you are unsure, send us vehicle registration data or the year of manufacture and equipment before ordering.
Many ARB parts modify the vehicle, such as a bull bar or a differential lock. According to § 19 Para. 2 StVZO, the operating permit expires if a modification is expected to pose a danger to road users. If the part has its own approval and you install it according to the instructions, the permit remains valid under § 19 Para. 3. Otherwise, you will need an individual assessment under § 21 StVZO. Clarify this with your inspector before installing.

Warranty, guarantee and returns
Warranty: In the event of defects, the seller is your contact person, so that's us. According to § 438 Para. 1 No. 3 BGB, claims for defects in purchased goods expire after two years, and the period begins with delivery. Our terms and conditions state accordingly: 24 months from receipt of the goods.
Manufacturer guarantee: A guarantee from ARB is an additional, voluntary promise from the manufacturer. On its product pages, ARB refers to its own guarantee policy. What it covers and how long it lasts is determined by ARB. Your statutory rights against us remain unaffected.
Withdrawal: You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. You bear the return shipping costs. For freight goods such as bull bars or hardtops, they depend on size, weight and carrier. We are happy to provide you with an estimate in advance. Custom-made items produced according to your specifications are excluded from withdrawal.
Installation
Trailsetter is a pure online shop without a store and without a workshop. You organize the installation yourself, preferably in a specialist workshop for bull bars, differential locks and hardtops. Check the manufacturer's installation instructions beforehand. From there you can see whether parts such as cables or sensor brackets are included or need to be ordered separately.
